We focus on offering an extensive selection of tile, stone, and slabs in addition to cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and sinks. Our goal is to provide the highest level of client service and stellar design. As an AT&S team member your goal will be to deliver amazing service by helping to provide a welcoming environment, guiding clients through the creative process, and ensuring that projects are given the attention that assures success and satisfaction. In this role you will - Greet clients offering information and guidance if needed - Answer incoming calls to assist clients and potential clients - Meet with clients to assess their design needs - Help select the products that meet design, budget, and application needs - Actively follow up with clients to keep the order process moving and to inform of order status - Collaborate with our shipping/receiving team to facilitate logistical needs/changes - Ensure client satisfaction with follow up calls, notes, or site visits - Build working relationships with contractors and designers who frequent our showroom Ideal candidates will demonstrate solid time management skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and remain composed in a busy showroom setting. Initiative tempered with good judgment is a plus. Strong customer service skills are a must along with a genuine team-player attitude. Sales experience with proven follow up skills is preferred along with the ability to understand and execute successful design principles. A background in Interior Design is preferred. Certification in kitchen & bath or interior design, or a BA/BS degree in architecture or interior design would be ideal.
