    ARTLIN CONSULTING is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve excellence. Qualified candidates will have a creative, holistic, and systematic approach to problem-solving. The PROGRAM ANALYST will support the Office of Technology and Manufacturing Industrial Base (TMIB) through the Department of Defense (DoD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) program inexecution of the DoD Manufacturing Innovation Institute (MII) program, program reviews, data analysis, and Congressional support.  

    The DoD ManTech Program seeks to ensure robust, secure, resilient, and innovative manufacturing industrial capabilities upon which the DoD can rely to fulfill Warfighter requirements. The ManTech program is intended to support the Defense-wide Manufacturing Technology Program in its mission to identify and close gaps in manufacturing capabilities to ensure affordable, timely, and low-risk development, production, and sustainment of defense systems. 

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Act as the Executive Secretary for the DoD MII Program.  
    • Track and report on completion of tasks assigned to the DoD Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs) Government and contractor support team. 
    • Create and update templates for program reviews, data collection tasks, and report. 
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data and information from the MII Government team and DoD MII Liaisons. 
    • Plan and support quarterly program reviews. 
    • Support central administration of the program and execution of daily administrative. 
    • Track the legislative process and provide the DoD ManTech program office with a summary of updates with each cycle of revisions to committee reports, conference reports, and finally passed legislation that impact the DoD ManTech program. 
    • Assist in drafting Reports to Congress and responses to questions for the record or general questions asked of the DoD ManTech program.

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • A bachelor's degree in political science, business, or related field. 
    • 2+ years of experience in performing the tasks above for the Department of Defense.  
    • Strong writing/ briefing skills. 
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project 2010 required. 
    • Experience with all tasks listed above.  
    • AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE.
