POSITION OVERVIEW:

Artlin Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to support Department of Justice (DOJ), Criminal Division office of Administration customer, by leading technical projects, providing business analysis expertise for various projects throughout the Criminal Division, and assisting and guiding the implementation, execution, and sustainability efforts. Executive level communication skills are critical for this position along with the agility and flexibility in handling varying priorities and work assignments. The Business Analyst will focus on five task areas: 1) Project Management, 2) Business Analysis and Solution Identification, 3) Strategic Planning, 4) Program Implementation, Training, and Sustainment, and 5) Communications.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present to Subject Matter Experts (CIO, CFO) in writing and verbally
• Support project management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and support leadership
• Lead day-to-day project execution and facilitate meetings with stakeholders

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• US citizen with ability to obtain DOJ Public Trust security clearance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 4+ years' of relevant business analyst experience
• Experience with current and future state analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, as well as presenting and facilitating meetings with subject matter experts and staff members
• Experience with Agile project management

DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Agile Project Management Certification
• Background working with attorneys, paralegals, or a similar legal setting
