    Artlin Consulting is seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve excellence. Qualified candidates will have a creative, holistic, and systematic approach to problem-solving.

    The consultant provides analytical support to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for acquisition programs. Tasks will include performing data analysis, building and maintaining data repositories, metrics, reports, assessments, data entry, document preparation, and editing business rules and regulations.

    The consultant shall provide functional and technical expertise for data requests from client organizations, DoD entities and other federal organizations. The consultant will work at the government site which is key for effective and efficient performance of all technical aspects of this effort; this is a small group providing high level and high visibility support.

    Qualified candidates will be strong communicators with collaborative, creative, and analytical problem-solving skillsets.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Performing ad-hoc data pulls utilizing the client's existing systems (e.g. DORRADW, EBS, and DLA Enterprise Data Warehouse).
    • Providing subject matter expertise for data requests from client organizations, DoD entities, and other Federal organizations; (i.e. J72 Pricing Support, DoDIG, and Congressional inquiries)
    • Preparing ad-hoc reports based upon data provided from various client sources (e.g. DORRA and other DLA Procurement Systems such as DLA Enterprise Data Warehouse)
    • Utilization of data visualization tools such as Tableau to brief client Acquisition Program metrics.
    • Analysis of client obligations, and compiling and producing annual 3 year client spend analysis.
    • Analysis of client's monthly Long Term Contract (LTC) obligations, building obligations charts, monthly LTC growth charts, monthly Lapse Report database and summary tables for presentations to client leadership.
    • Creating client / Agency Performance Review (APR) procurement related metric charts for monthly APR meetings.
    • Updating and maintaining Business Rules based on input from key client areas annually
    • Maintaining and updating the status of calendar milestones and events for the Supplier Relationship Management Program as agreed to by client Program Manager
    • Calculating, analyzing and reporting LTC performance data (to include new awards, renewals, LTC drops, LTC Obligations), ALT and PLT statistics, contract delinquency statistics, and DVD Time Definite Delivery (TDD) Standards compliance (monthly)
    • Providing data analysis to the client (e.g. DLA) Program Manager in order to facilitate development of acquisition strategies that leverage the SRM Program to include NSN groupings and recommendations of items to acquire via LTCs under the client's (e.g. DLA's) Strategic Sourcing principles.
    • Maintaining standard operating procedures for APR and LTC data charts.

    Maintaining client / Enterprise Obligations database utilizing client provided data.

    Experience Level:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or professional field.
    • Experience: One year of consulting or directly relevant DoD experience in supply chain, acquisition, procurement or logistical fields. Experience with the activities listed above. Experience at DLA is preferred.

    Certifications:

    • Ability to pass a background check (required)
