Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- 2+ years of experience with the corporate gifts segment & local businesses.
- Passionate about sales, providing an excellent customer experience, and delivering incremental value to customers
- Ability to conduct independent research and identify potential leads
- Ability to effectively approach & engage leads into conversation (both outbound & inbound)
- Knows how to nurture leads & manage the sales pipeline
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospects over the phone or email and conduct in-person meetings
- Knows how to close deals & establish partnerships using various sales frameworks based on the customer profile, business product offers, market etc.
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in achieving quotas
- Experience with CRM software & Microsoft / Google tools to work with documents
- Ability to travel as needed
Considered a plus:
- Experience in B2B marketing (leads acquisition via various digital & offline channels)
- Experience with leads search & data enrichment tools (like ZoomInfo)
Responsibility:
As a B2B Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conducting online research to find leads & contact information
- Approaching leads and conducting leads scoring & nurturing
- Initiating dialogue with potential customers over the telephone or email
- Identifying potential customers’ & partners’ needs & match with our value proposition
- Gathering and documenting information about leads needed for scoring & sales progress.
- Present partnership program to potential partners & product offers to potential corporate customers
- Working in CRM to manage leads & opportunities and keep information up to date
- Negotiating terms and working with the legal team on partners’/customers’ contracts
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments from clients, and submitting payments to vendors for supplies used in projects
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers about new products.
- Creating sales reports on request
- Reporting on results, progress, and achieving quotas to the B2B Sales Lead
