Green Tree Home Care is currently hiring a Home Care Aide (On-Call) to support our clients in the Oceanside area. This flexible role is perfect for compassionate professionals looking to provide meaningful, one-on-one care while working with a team committed to dignity, respect, and personalized service.

Key Duties:

Support clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Offer emotional support and companionship to improve quality of life.

Provide medication reminders and monitor overall wellness.

Assist with meal preparation and encourage healthy eating habits.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living space.

Record services provided and report changes in condition to supervisors.

Coordinate with families and medical professionals to ensure effective care plans.

Be available to respond to on-call needs and maintain a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical ability to safely assist with lifting or mobility support.

Caring, patient, and dependable personality.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Willingness to complete background screening and TB testing.
