Part-Time Maintenance Technician (As Needed)

We are looking for a dependable, handy maintenance technician to help maintain several properties, including residential homes and an outpatient program, located in Spanish Fork and Mapleton, Utah.

Hours:

Approximately 5–10 hours per week, as needed

Flexible schedule

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs

Troubleshoot and repair household and commercial appliances/equipment

Maintain and repair sprinkler systems

Complete basic landscaping and yard maintenance

Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

Complete routine maintenance tasks and address repair requests

Travel between multiple properties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with general building maintenance and repairs

Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
