    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    Deliver care to clients as instructed by a licensed physican. Monitor clients during the treatment process to ensure that all of their medical needs are met while coordinating with all areas of the organization to ensure that clients are safe and comfortable during their stay

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    • Identified and prioritizes client care needs using client history and nursing assessment
    • Provides direct client care
      • observations
      • progress notes
      • physical care
      • medication management
    • Performs daily client's medication observation and reconciliation, ensuring proper documentation and workflow
    • Documents pertinent information in client's chart and accurately reports and makes observations to appropriate staff
    • Assists in the collection of report data required for utilization review and quality assurance
    • Practices safety, environmental, and infection control methods
    • Will be required to perform other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Licensed RN, LVN, CNA
    • 2+ years experience in a substance abuse or behavioral health
    • Strong communication skills required (verbal and written)
    • ABILITY TO WORK 4/10'S

    EXPERIENCE:

    • substance abuse/psychiatric: 3 years (Required)

    Education:

    • Bachelor's (Preferred)

    License or certification:

    • Licensed RN, LVN, CNA
