THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS EAGER TO LEARN AND EXCITED TO GAIN REAL-WORLD WORK EXPERIENCE IN THEIR ACADEMIC FIELD. WE WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH YOU THROUGH MENTORING TO ENSURE YOUR PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• GATHER AND ANALYZE DATA FOR POTENTIAL BUSINESS EXPANSION

• IDENTIFY SPECIFIC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS

• INFLUENCE STAKEHOLDERS TO SUPPORT BUSINESS PROJECTS

• ASSIST WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR SELECTED PROJECTS

• COORDINATE WITH DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT TEAMS TO PRODUCE BETTER BUSINESS OUTCOMES

• TEST BUSINESS PROCESSES AND RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• A RECENT COLLEGE UNDERGRAD (OR GRADUATING IN 2022) IN IT, BUSINESS, FINANCE, OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED

• GREAT ANALYTICAL, CRITICAL THINKING, AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES

• COLLABORATION WITH MANAGERS AND SUPPORT CLIENTS ON A REGULAR BASIS

• TIME MANAGEMENT

• EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

• EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
