    Are you an experienced and proficient Concrete Foreman looking for a new challenge? Ascend Concrete is currently looking for a leader to become part of our team. We are searching for a skilled individual with a demonstrated history of managing construction projects right from the start to the finish. If you have expertise in concrete and construction, we are eager to get in touch with you. Responsibilities: • Supervise, lead, and collaborate with crew members: Oversee personnel assigned to the project and provide guidance and support. • Provide training and mentorship to new employees, fostering a culture of productivity and maintaining high-quality standards: Assist new team members in mastering the necessary skills for successful and satisfying results. • Develop plans, organize tasks, and create schedules for concrete projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources: Establish and improve processes to guarantee timely and economical completion of projects. • Interpret and comprehend construction plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately: Accurately interpret and comprehend blueprints and associated technical drawings. • Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards: Routinely examine the site to verify that requirements have been achieved. • Identify and address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project, implementing timely resolutions: Immediately address any arising conflicts or problems to guarantee projects are carried out with success. • Survey job layout utilizing Total Station: Operate Total Station to survey the job layout. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in the concrete industry (preferred) • Capacity to allocate tasks and make sound decisions quickly • Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to them • Physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions • Meticulous attention to detail and a pledge to deliver top-notch work • Superb communication and teamwork abilities • OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to acquire) • A valid driver's license Compensation: $32 - $42 hourly
