Responsibilities: • Supervise, lead, and collaborate with crew members: Oversee personnel assigned to the project and provide guidance and support. • Provide training and mentorship to new employees, fostering a culture of productivity and maintaining high-quality standards: Assist new team members in mastering the necessary skills for successful and satisfying results. • Develop plans, organize tasks, and create schedules for concrete projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources: Establish and improve processes to guarantee timely and economical completion of projects. • Interpret and comprehend construction plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately: Accurately interpret and comprehend blueprints and associated technical drawings. • Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards: Routinely examine the site to verify that requirements have been achieved. • Identify and address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project, implementing timely resolutions: Immediately address any arising conflicts or problems to guarantee projects are carried out with success. • Survey job layout utilizing Total Station: Operate Total Station to survey the job layout. Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in the concrete industry (preferred) • Capacity to allocate tasks and make sound decisions quickly • Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to them • Physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions • Meticulous attention to detail and a pledge to deliver top-notch work • Superb communication and teamwork abilities • OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to acquire) • A valid driver's license Compensation: $32 - $42 hourly
