    We’re looking for a proactive, highly-organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Responsibilities: Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales Produce and manage MLS listings and social media so homes sell as soon as possible and customers are satisfied Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell • Prepare timelines and schedules for listings and transactions using project management tools such as Asana and communications tools like Slack. Track important dates during the escrow period and ensure all timelines are met by the team. Interest and/or experience in project management is preferred. • Hiring and managing vendors (i.e., painters, contractors, inspectors, photographers, videographers, painters, cleaners, stagers, handymen) to prepare properties for market and to inspect properties. Interest and/or experience in interior design is preferred. • Manage production of marketing materials for listings (i.e., statements, videos, 3-D tours, websites, maps, lender sheets, postcards, A-frames, and signage). Interest and/or experience in graphic design is preferred. • Participate in open houses, private showings, and broker tours as needed, and the ability to move materials and perform some physical labor may be required. • Availability to work on some weekends and evenings required • Residence in San Francisco preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel Thrives on providing excellent customer service Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format College experience preferred but not required to apply Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
