We'll show you how to turn leads into loyal clients by providing great value and staying top of mind • CONNECT WITH LEADS through paid leads, social media, phone calls, and networking. We have an exclusive system for you to connect with a lot of homebuyers right away • MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS. We will help you do your marketing so you stay top of mind of your past clients, friends, and family • MANAGE TRANSACTIONS for buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract through closing. We have a system to streamline the paperwork so you can spend more time in front of clients instead of the laptop • COLLABORATE AND LEARN with our team of productive and seasoned agents to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and sellers, even when you go on vacation. We also trade referrals amongst ourselves Qualifications: • INTEGRITY to always do the right thing for clients and for the team • PEOPLE SKILLS are a must. Can you build rapport and gain people's trust quickly and easily • DESIRE TO LEARN is a key factor to your success. This industry is constantly changing and we never stop learning • NEGOTIATIONS are a key aspect of this job. We work hard to fight for clients' interests • A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE is important because we work around clients' calendars while balancing our personal lives • COMMON SENSE AND JUDGMENT to assess the situation, consult with other team members and determine the next step • LANGUAGE SKILLS in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish would be a big plus • NETWORK in the local area and/or desire to build a sphere of influence quickly • REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE is preferred but not necessary. We can teach you Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
