We have an exclusive system for you to connect with a lot of leads right away. • SHOW PROPERTIES to clients. We'll show you how to turns leads into loyal clients by providing them more value than most of your peers. • MANAGE TRANSACTIONS for buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract through closing. We have a system to streamline the paperwork so you can spend more time in front of clients instead of the laptop. • MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS. Your past clients, friends, and family are your most sustainable source of future clients. We will help you do the marketing so you stay top of mind. • COLLABORATE AND LEARN with our team of productive and seasoned agents to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and sellers, even when you go on vacations. Qualifications: Do you have it? • INTEGRITY to always do the right thing for clients and for each other. • REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE is preferred but not necessary. We can teach you! • LANGUAGE SKILLS in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish would be a big plus. • PEOPLE SKILLS is a must. Can you build rapport and gain people's trust quickly and easily? • DESIRE TO LEARN is a key factor to your success. This industry is constantly changing and we never stop learning. • NEGOTIATIONS are a key aspect of this job. We work hard for clients' interests. • A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE is important because we work around clients' calendars while balancing our personal. • COMMON SENSE AND JUDGEMENT to assess the situation and think it through before acting. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly
