Responsibilities: Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal Validate all personal references and rental application information Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proven record of sales experience and success Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 yearly
