This is a commission-based position. Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Explain new home features and community amenities to potential buyers that match their needs and budget • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent • Available to open and close model homes 5 days a week to give potential buyers adequate touring times • Consult to identify client needs and show homes. Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements for your clients Qualifications: • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network • A successful and proven sales history • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000 yearly
