Here at ASCENSION EVENTS, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our Customer Service Associates will work with as many customers as possible on a daily basis to answer questions, listen to feedback, provide troubleshooting assistance and sell new package options. At Ascension Events, we take customer satisfaction seriously, so every associate should be well-versed in customer support, and keep detailed notes on every conversation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Upsell new and upgraded packages based on client needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
