    The Opportunity: We are currently seeking a Department Store Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team in the intimate apparel field. Intimate apparel is one of the fastest growing segments of the fashion industry with continued opportunity for growth.

    About the job: The Department Store Sales Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of department store accounts helping to drive the top line revenue. The Department Store Sales Analyst will work proactively develop and grow the relationship and sales with our department store accounts. The Department Store Sales Analyst will be expected to support our accounts by reacting quickly and efficiently. The Department Stores Sales Analyst needs to be well versed in department store web store launch tools, applications and have a strong understanding of department store seasonality to properly set up seasonal launches for success. The Department Store Sales Analyst needs to be agile in pivoting on multiple storefronts and multiple deadlines.

    Job description:

    About you You are a highly motivated self-starter with experience in department stores (both brick and mortar and ecommerce). You have experience with setting up and managing drop ship and marketplace accounts. You excel at cross-functional management, with strong communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment. Your organizational skills allow you to stay on top of multiple projects at the same time.

    o Setup, maintenance, and review of department store accounts

    o Familiar with department store set up templates and forms

    o Identifying opportunities to increase sales through analysis of each account

    o Be on top of marketplace changes, anticipating shifts that lead to new opportunities

    o Gather and analyze customer performance data (e.g. run rates, inventory levels, recent sell through, etc.) as well as forecast data

    o Create and follow new collection introduction process and communicate with customers to gain placement of new collections (new season)

    o Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape.

    o Communicate cross functionally on overall department store business and needs

    Requirements:

    · Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment.

    · Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to clearly, concisely and intelligently communicate to a variety of potential audiences (existing customers, potential customers, co-workers, vendors, etc.)

    · Must be able to form lasting relationships over the phone, in person and via email

    · Excel proficient

    · Photoshop experience is a plus

    Educational and Previous Experience Requirements:

    · Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred

    · 3+ years of business-to-business sales and account management experience in the fashion industry, wholesale, ecommerce particularly with department stores

    · Experience working with large multi-door accounts
