    Oh La La Cheri, a lingerie company based in Miami is seeking a full-time Account Executive for its wholesale business. The company has experienced double digit growth over the past several years. The growth will continue through the wholesale business unit. The Account Executive will contribute to the success of the business through developing and maintaining new and previous relationship with retailers who are carrying the Oh La La Cheri brand as well as meeting sales goals. Following is a detailed list of responsibilities.

    Responsibilities: The Account Executive is responsible for managing sales growth of assigned wholesale accounts with Online retailers, Specialty stores, independent retailers and boutiques identifying new business opportunities, developing sales with new business partners, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts. The main objective is to actively drive sales, grow existing account base and develop new account base.

    Position could require travel to Trade Shows 3-4 times a year and to travel occasionally to other states to meet accounts.

    · Report to Global Sales Manager

    · Pursue sales leads and prospective accounts while also managing existing account base

    · Research and target prospects; create target list to track contacts and follow up

    · Maximize relationships with key accounts through customer service satisfaction and ongoing dialogue with account

    · Sell in seasonal collections and make recommendations based on trend, sales, and customer focus and upload orders in our systems

    · Effectively process orders and work with Planning/Finance/ Customer Service to ensure that orders are fulfilled and invoiced accurately

    · Analyze sales performance; follow up for reorders; develop in season product opportunities

    · Work with accounts to forecast replenishment needs and communicate discontinued styles to insure proper delivery

    · Partner in the setup of trade shows, maintain and track seasonal sample lines and various in-house sales tasks

    · Must be hands on and willing to assist as business needs require

    Skills and Qualifications/ Experience:

    · Must have prior Wholesale Sales experience with proven track record preferably in Women’s RTW/Lingerie/apparel

    · Experienced with Department stores Nordstrom/Macy’s/Kohl’s highly appreciated

    · Previous experience with fashion marketplaces a plus

    · College degree preferred

    · Experience building relationships with key accounts, and Specialty retailers

    · Language requirement: Must have excellent English skills

    · Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

    · Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. BlueCherry, NuOrder highly appreciated

    · Attention to detail and accuracy are key

    · Communication skills are a must

    · Ability to multitask is vital

    · Strong analytical skills

    · Motivation to exceed goals
