    Position Summary

    Reporting to the Sr. Director, Human Resources, the core responsibility of this position is to manage and maintain the organization’s HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Additionally, this role will develop, implement, and modify system requirements, while also identifying process improvement opportunities for HRIS to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and distribution of employee data through report generation. This role will focus on continuing to streamline the employee and manager experience through strong system processes, including but not limited to the HCM, Recruiting, ATS, POS, and time-keeping systems. The HRIS Manager will also ensure the system and HRIS processes are consistent with the strategic vision of human resources and the entire organization.

    Essential Functions:

    · Maintains data quality of HRIS, including proper data security, by performing regular data audits and resolving any data integrity issues

    · Reviews and analyzes system functionality and provides recommendations for improvements, documenting any implemented changes

    · Remains up to date on product developments

    · Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries, IT support, and vendor/file management

    · Collects and analyzes HR data, translating data into appropriate metrics or ad hoc reports

    · Responds to queries and issues related to supported systems, analyzing the issue to identify the root cause

    · Participates in defining system requirements and testing and deploying solutions, while ensuring there is a match between solutions and organizational system needs

    · Provides user support through documentation, developing and facilitating training, and creating supporting materials

    Functions as project manager for HRIS upgrades, projects, and process improvements

    Partner with the Payroll and Total Rewards department to ensure data accuracy of HR records prior to each weekly and bi-weekly payroll process

    Identify and anticipate future human resource information system needs and ensure systems are in place to meet the future needs of the organization

    Represent HR on cross-functional teams and projects as needed

    · Perform other duties as required and assigned

    Qualifications and Skills

    Working knowledge of functional human resources administration and basic principles of general human resources and payroll, reporting methods, and procedures

    Knowledge of data collection, analysis, data presentation, and project management

    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, maintain productivity and effectiveness in a fast-changing environment with sometimes conflicting priorities

    Ability to prioritize workloads and resources to meet deadlines

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, flexibility and responsiveness

    Customer service oriented

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, required

    Minimum of five (5) years hands on HRIS experience with proven leadership work in HR systems, HRIS design and implementation techniques, HRIS practices, HRIS methods and HRIS programs

    Minimum of two (2) years management or senior project leader experience, preferred

    Experience working with ADP WorkForceNow, preferred

    Experience with implementing, configuring, and supporting HR systems, required

    Advanced level experience with Excel, required

    Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience
