Ascent Pro Support is hiring several Field Technical Solutions Consultants (TSC) in IL, PA, NJ AND TN. You must live near a major airport.

As a TSC, you will travel to independently owned tire retreading plants throughout the U.S. and Canada, to evaluate the plant’s readiness for a major system upgrade. Onsite you will meet with management to assess and review the plant’s existing manufacturing software to determine the scope of the upgrade project. You will develop a project plan and review that plan with plant management to obtain their approval and consent. You will schedule and conduct onsite pre-conversion training, monitor the conversion, and provide post-conversion support.

You will be a contractor assigned to our client, a Fortune 500 company, the largest tire and rubber company in the world. You will be driving innovation in their rapidly evolving Mobility Solutions platform. This position requires 50% travel to industrial customer locations. We are seeking candidates located in Nashville, Philadelphia, or Chicago. The TSC will become a subject matter expert (SME) who supports dealers via phone and onsite.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Travel 50% of the time to retread plants to evaluate their readiness for a major system upgrade. · Analyze existing manufacturing systems within the customer’s plant. · Meet with customers to discuss business objectives for the system upgrade. · Conduct, train, and support the manufacturing system upgrade. · Provide both classroom training and stand-up training to appropriate management and plant personnel. · Clearly communicate technical concepts to customer audiences with a variety of experience. · Provide technical support for digital solution offerings. · Develop technology related guides, manuals, instructions, and training documentation. · Provide software testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). · Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

·Associates degree. Higher education preferred. · Must live near Nashville, Chicago, or Philadelphia airports. · 2 years’ experience in field technical support. · 1-year experience in technology support. · 1-year experience as a classroom and OJT trainer. · Project Management experience · Company travel experience, arranging travel, completing expense reports, etc. · Experience working within a formal project. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong analytical, diagnostic, time management, and organizational skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. · Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. · Able to collaborate in a team environment to complete required projects. · Able to gracefully receive feedback.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM CONTRACTOR POSITION WITH ASCENT PRO SUPPORT. OUR EMPLOYEES RECEIVE THESE BENEFITS:
