I remember the nights coming home late, and being so frustrated. Almost to the point where I was wondering if PT was really the career for me.
Don't get me wrong I learned a ton during those work experiences, but I wanted to "Be Different".
So, I started my own little "Side Hustle", or at least that's what I called it.
I was soooo anxious about it... But my FRUSTRATION outweighed my FEAR.
A couple of patients started to trickle in... Then a couple of patients started to get better...QUICKER
The interesting part was...
I was performing the same manual techniques.. I was performing the same exercises...
But my patients were getting better... quicker... like 3-5x quicker.
It was because the patients had my full ATTENTION.
At that moment I decided to go "All In" and treat patients in more of a 1-to-1 setting...
... Not, 1-to-3 or worse 1-to-Many.
So, I quit my full-time job and decided to focus all my attention on growing our clinic.
Hopefully, that's not too cliché.
Over the past couple of years, we have been able to help 1000s of local residents and grow our team.
The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on are not volume, number of new patients, or gross revenue...But our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates.
Most of our staff has been with us for 3+ years after hire, and the ones that do leave typically are the ones who move out of the area.
