Ash Properties, the largest owner & operator ofcommercial real estate in Jacksonville, is searching for an entry-level CADdesigner to join our team. 

Specific Job Duties: 

• Measuring room layouts and determining square footage
• Implementing room measurements into 2D floor plans
• Updating 3D renderings per specs of construction mangers
• Occasionally taking photos of buildings and rooms

Qualifications

• Proficient in 2D CAD Design (3D Design a plus), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and Microsoft applications
• Experience with Revit and Adobe Illustrator preferred but not required
• Digital photography experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to perform basic calculations such as estimation of square footage, room sizes
