Ash Properties is seeking an Account & Sales Representative to be a part of New Wave Creative, a fast-paced, innovative marketing agency in Jacksonville, FL. The Account / Sales Representative is responsible for managing relations with current clients as well as generating sales opportunities through a variety of techniques.

Ash Properties is a locally-owned, industry-leading commercial real estate development and property management company. Our brands also include Atlantic Self Storage, Four Seasons Motel in New Zealand, Jaybird’s Inn in Saint Augustine, Smash Ping Pong Restaurant & Bar, and the Beach Boulevard Flea Market. In addition, our marketing department provides agency-quality work as New Wave Creative Solutions. Our work includes designs, websites, social media marketing, and more for outside clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales
• Contacting potential customers via telephone, email and face to face
• Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products
• Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales
• Identifying opportunities for new business within the market
• Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
• Building long term relationships with new and existing customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of marketing terminologies and products, including digital media
• Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business
• Passion for relationship building and selling
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Strong presentation skills
• 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
