You will oversee the coordination and scheduling of multiple work crews and determine construction requirements throughout the entire building process. This position will work on both ground-up commercial construction and tenant build-outs at existing properties.

SpecificDuties & Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all phases of the construction process
• Read construction documents to determine the work necessary
• Develop, coordinate, and oversee schedules to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate daily operational objectives and timelines
• Ensure adherence to budget in terms of purchases and subcontractor work
• Provide quality control of construction contractors to ensure their work meets trade standards
• Coordinate inspections and directly oversee work progress and construction sites
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations
• Liaison to architect, engineer, subcontractors, tenant(s), and city & county officials

Knowledge& Skills:

• Ability to supervise

• Ability to read and comprehend architectural specifications and blueprints
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedure
