MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

    We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to help us deliver on our vision by partnering with leadership to develop and implement marketing communication solutions. Reporting to the CEO, this role will work across all departments within Ashai Global to create content and execute marketing strategy for the business. Candidates should have experience writing and editing marketing materials, researching complex subjects and activating personalized communication programs that support customer journeys. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, highly motivated and self-driven team player with the ability to successfully partner with multiple departments to meet deadlines established and execute flawlessly to achieve defined objectives.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contributes to creation, development, and production of custom marketing materials and communications.
    • Executes Ashai Global marketing strategy including PR, digital marketing, events and project campaigns.
    • Drive the social media presence and implementing strategies to improve social media reputation and recognition by managing company websites, Facebook and LinkedIn company pages.
    • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive markets and trends.
    • Manage external stakeholder and vendor relationships related to Marketing responsibilities.
    • Contribute to developing and executing marketing and communication strategies for the organization (both internal and external)
    • Manages projects outside of assigned client groups including ad hoc communications, age-in marketing campaigns, or other assigned projects.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS in English, Journalism, or similar discipline, 2-4 years of experience in marketing and client management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
    • Expert knowledge of digital and direct marketing channels and best practices, including the development of end-to-end communications from inception to fulfillment.
    • Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and evaluate performance.
    • Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to visually represent complex ideas in a simplified way, including experience presenting and leading clients through the development of client communications

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
