You’ll work on design projects in collaboration with our project managers, construction leads, and our finance team. We’re seeking someone who can converse with clients in order to understand their needs, and formulate designs that are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and conducive to a quick sale. Responsibilities: • Oversee the purchasing and installation of all furniture, equipment and decor so staging is done on time and on budget • Meet with clients in their homes to develop staging plans that help the property sell quickly • Coordinate all construction and design projects to be on time and on budget so clients’ expectations are met and/or exceeded • Organize and attend both virtual and still photo shoots to help create enticing property presentations • Stay current on the latest design trends including decorating techniques, new materials, innovative tools and sustainability issues and implement them into every design project • Collaborate with clients and team members to meet or exceed client expectations • Oversee additional furniture rentals and ensure timely and budget-friendly staging • Maintain owned furniture storage and inventory • Coordinate U-haul rentals and team support for furniture delivery to and from properties • Determine staging scope and timeline to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion • Create eye-catching in-home staging for quick property sales • Flexible schedule (Monday-Sunday) based on project needs • Manage furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation for timely staging • Schedule and attend photo shoots for appealing property photos • Coordinate construction and design projects to meet or exceed client expectations Qualifications: • License in Interior Design required; 2-3 years of Interior Design work experience preferred • Current on the latest furniture trends • Effective time management and organizational skills • Ability to listen to a client’s needs and communicate potential solutions • Current U.S. driver's license and ability to drive large moving vehicles • Passion for creating inspiring and eye-catching interior spaces • In-depth knowledge of affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly DOE
