Responsibilities: • Responsively handle inbound calls and email inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Initiate outbound calls to registered leads, ensuring meaningful connections are established. • Effectively manage and schedule opportunities for our high-performing sales team. • Contribute to the realization of the Ashley Delp Team & Dream Realty mission and vision by achieving personal and professional goals. • Possession of a Montana Real Estate License is highly recommended, although not mandatory. • Skillfully manage the team's CRM system, crafting strategic contact plans for optimal response rates. • Collaborate with our lender partners to pre-qualify potential clients. • Provide essential support to agents by assisting with Expired and FSBO listings, serving as the behind-the-scenes hero. • Navigate independent work effectively while maintaining a strong team-player mentality. • Participate in daily check-ins with the team lead, recognizing the importance of consistent communication. • Ensure the customer database is meticulously maintained, with up-to-date information. • Convert prospects into qualified leads and seamlessly integrate them into the sales pipeline through various communication channels. • Proactively identify new business opportunities in specific geographies to expand our clientele. • Record and monitor sales and performance goals to uphold our commitment to excellence. Qualifications: • Comfort with daily check-ins and a genuine passion for sales. • Availability for flexible office hours, Monday-Saturday, with occasional Sundays (7:30 AM-5:30 PM and 11 AM-8 PM). • Participation in scheduled meetings, including Monday Sales meetings, Tuesday Team meetings, and monthly 1-1 sessions with the Director of Sales. • Mastery of sales scripts and an organized, professional, time-blocking approach. • A well-rounded skill set including teamwork, effective communication, customer service excellence, accountability, and reliability. • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar capacity. • Possession of a diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree is considered a valuable asset. • A valid U.S. driver’s license and readiness for travel by car. • Proficiency in the sales process and database entry, treated as second nature. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 at plan commission
