Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent theft and vandalism
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees
- Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security or loss prevention
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid security guard license
