Job Description

The Wagyu Shop is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are family owned and proud to work closely with vendors, customers, and our internal team to provide the highest quality meat and the most trusted customer service.

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS

Employee will be responsible for helping customer by providing product and service information. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing concierge style customer service
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills, high level of professionalism
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Respond to social media messages and comments
• Assist with courtesy calls for every order
• Assist with calls/emails regarding any shipping delays
• Assist in checking labels, verifying orders
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Ability to quickly become knowledgeable of the website – this includes brands, product, etc.

Customer phone calls, emails, social media:

• Phone orders
• Order changes, refunds, replacements, cancellations
• Product inquiries
• Resolve problems, complaints, issues with product
• Respond to Google reviews - will be responsible for responding to positive reviews. Will also be responsible for contacting customers regarding any negative reviews and/or issues with product or experience.
• Must be familiar with top social media platforms

WORKING HOURS WILL BE FROM 9:00AM TO 6:00PM WITH AN HOUR LUNCH – TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
