Candidate needs to be a non-smoker and willing to wear a mask during shifts. Looking for an LPN or RN to work a full-time day position (12 hour shifts) to work with the young lady in Mount Pleasant. Very nice young lady with great parents. She has cerebral palsy, is non-ambulatory, non-verbal on a non-invasive ventilator, feeding tube and has many treatments. Candidate needs to be a non-smoker and willing to wear a mask during shifts. 31 year old woman who lives with multiple medical diagnoses some of which include: central adrenal insufficiency (cortisol dependent), cerebral palsy, spastic quadriplegia, seizures (simple-partial), stroke, asthma, restrictive lung disease, microcephaly, porencephaly/schizencephaly, polymicrogyria, agenisis of the corpus callosum, GERD, arthritis, chronic pain, scoliosis (Harrington Rods), dislocated right hip, migraine headaches, eczema, seborrheic keratosis, History of central hypertension, central hypothyroidism, bradycardia, atelectasis, central fevers, chronic constipation, neurogenic bowel, history of ileus and bilateral endometriosis. Alison has a G-tube which is used for all of her medications, nutrition (see K:nutrition/hydration) and liquids

$34- $35 per hour PTO
