Aspen Aerogels is looking for a Technical Services Engineering Intern for summer of 2021 to work on conducting analysis, testing and providing assistance with other Engineers on Technical Services projects and programs.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Set-up and run comprehensive testing on assigned projects.
• Assist site Engineers with executing other testing already designed and set-up.
• Assures all job activities adhere to company Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

 EXPERIENCE: 

• High School Degree and currently pursuing higher-level technical degree.
• A candidate who has completed 2 or more years of basic chemical or other technical engineering program will be sufficient.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedure
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and other software programs
• Requires good group interaction skills
