Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records, such as sales, receipts, payments, and purchases. Your primary responsibility will be recording financial transactions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals to help prepare financial reports, analyze results, manage invoices and payments, etc.
Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred.
Bookkeeper responsibilities include:
Manage financial transactions and posting procedures
Organize accounts receivable / payable and reconciliations
Oversee the accuracy of transactions, forms and general ledger
Manage the books and provide ad hoc financials as needed
Organize and maintain all bookkeeping data and support
Create and manage reports and financial statements
1+ years' Administrative and/or Bookkeeping experience
Excellent knowledge of basic accounting practices
Experience calculating, posting and managing financial records
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Good practical experience with technology, apps and software
Excellent English and MS Office experience
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
Data entry and spreadsheet confidence preferred
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Admin preferred
