Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include utilizing your litigation expertise to: 

• Draft letters, memos, and various forms of correspondence.
• Create subpoenas, document requests, and manage expert witness retention.
• Summarize records, deposition transcripts, and discovery findings.
• Manage document-intensive cases.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) or paralegal certification with 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, adept at prioritization, planning, multitasking, and independent work.
• Detail-oriented team player with excellent computer skills, proficient in all MS Office products
