Position Title – Intellectual Property Paralegal - Columbus

The Role You Will Play:

• Conduct Trademark searches
• Docket patent and trademark deadlines
• Draft applications for trademark and copyright registrations, statements of use, renewals, assignments, etc.
• Additional responsibilities normally associated with an IP Paralegal position

Background Profile:

• Three + years of experience in a related position
• Bachelor's degree or five years minimum work experience as an IP Paralegal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and docketing software
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and accurately; professional appearance and demeanor
