The Opportunities:
- Will focus on a combination of Employment Litigation and Labor & Employment work within the Columbus office
- Opportunity to work on the National Client Service Center team, which serves the firm’s offices across the nation, providing flexible billable rates for Labor & Employment work outside of Columbus.
- Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Employment Litigation
- Public and Private Sector Work
- Policy drafting, including Employee Handbooks
- Advise & counsel clients
- EEOC position statements
- Case assessments
- Appellate briefs
- Discovery requests
- Traditional labor & employment work
- 1750 Billable hour requirement; No additional hourly requirements
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Employment
- Desire to join a great work culture where they will feel valued and appreciated
- Desire to hold a Staff Attorney position long term. This opportunity is not for someone who is looking for advancement to an Associate or Partner track
