EASY FAST $$ - CANVASSER/DOOR KNOCKER/APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are hiring canvassers/door knockers to join our team. You will be responsible for canvassing/knocking on doors, setting appointments in storm damaged areas for our Sales Reps to give a free roof inspection.

Aspen Exteriors is a National Roofing Restoration Company that has been successful for 21+ years working in 20+ states. We work in Hail, Derecho, Wind, Tornado, & Hurricane storm damaged areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Door knocking in storm damaged neighborhoods.

• Scheduling a free inspection of roofs between the homeowner and a sales rep.

• Keep a detailed log of your contacts name, address, phone #, and appointment date/time set.

• Communicating appointments set with your sales team in a timely fashion.

• Hitting minimum goal of 4 appointments set per day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18+ years old.

• High School diploma or GED.

• Top notch verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Outgoing personality, energetic.

• Reliable vehicle and cell phone.

• Professional and courteous.

• Able to travel overnight, including out of state, possibly up to 7-10 days at a time if needed to work in areas outside of your local territory. You need to be working in whatever area your team is working in.

• Access to a computer/printer in order to complete onboarding paperwork if hired.

• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. (You will set your own schedule).

This is an Entry Level Junior Sales Rep position where you are working as a canvasser setting appointments for our sales reps. You can choose to continue in this role, but you also have the opportunity once you have set 50 good appointments that our reps are able to inspect a roof you may then go through our training class to move into the Sales Rep Position. You will gain knowledge by working closely with a sales team as to what it takes to move into the role of a sales rep.

Duties:

The main objective is to set appointments for free inspection for property owners who have received damage.

Per Diem = ($ to put towards gas/lodging).

$100 per night in the field where overnight hotel stay is required.

$50 per diem per day in local home market where there is no hotel required.

(Must set 4 appointments per day minimum to qualify for per diem.)

Commissions:

$100 per appointment resulting in the roof being inspected by our sales rep.

Example: If you set 5 appointments in 1 day, and your sales rep is able to inspect the roof on 4, you will have made $400 that day.

Entry Level Junior Sales Reps will have the option for promotion to sales rep once they have set appointments that result in 50 good appointments set. Or, you can continue working as a Jr Rep if desired.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into outside sales that has no sales experience or someone just looking for extra income.
