Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Well established family law firm looking to add to their team. Will be responsible for supporting two attorneys. Responsibilities will include maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments and depositions, drafting documents, assisting with trial prep and other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must 1-3 years experience in the following:

*Experience in drafting and preparing pleadings and Judicial Council Forms *Drafting motions *Draft briefs and discovery *Managing attorney calendar *File Management *Contact clients and respond to inquiries *Proper etiquette and good telephone and communication skills
