  • Responsibilities

    As a Mental Health Therapist at Aspen Ridge Mental Health, the primary responsibility is to provide excellent, compassionate, expert care for clients. Mental Health Therapists will provide therapy services for clients with general mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relational concerns. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely for oneself.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual, marital, family, and/or group therapy to clients in accordance with weekly caseload requirements (25 clients/week for full-time employees)
    • Work a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full-time status
    • Collaborate with various clinicians and providers to aid in client care
    • Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented patient records with a quality of documentation that meets facility and licensing standards

    • Option to provide individual supervision for unlicensed clinicians (doctoral externs, doctoral interns, postdoctoral residents and post masters residents)
    • Example Schedule:
      • 80% of time spent providing individual, couples and/or family therapy
      • 20% of time dedicated to administrative support including client documentation, coordination of care

    Qualifications:

    • Have a Master's degree in a related field from an accredited program
    • Hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado prior to start or be licensed by the start date
    • Must reside in the state you are offering services - Colorado, Utah, Texas
    • Have remote work environment that is HIPAA compliant (if hybrid or fully remote)
    • Strong computer skills, preference for experience with Google Suite and Simple Practice platforms
