Psychometrist
Aspen Ridge Mental Health is seeking a qualified psychometrist to aid in the administration of psychological assessments in our thriving training program. Psychometrists will work with children and adults to provide diagnostic clarification. Common referrals include ASD, ADHD, learning disorders, personality disorders, and differentiating between complex mood, personality, and behavioral concerns. Responsibilities: • The Psychometrist will provide in-person assessment services to diverse clients ages 6+ • Administer psychological assessments including but not limited to WAIS/WISC, MMPI-3, ADOS-2 and Rorschach • Score and write assessment measures • Administer assessments for postdoctoral residents and licensed psychologists • Complete own psychological assessments under supervision • Complete all necessary charting in accordance with legal and ethical requirements as well as clinic policy. • Attend supervision and didactic trainings as scheduled Qualifications: • In a psychology doctoral program with experience in psychological assessment - Second-year and advanced students preferred; First-year students with Master’s degrees including past clinical externships/practicums will be considered. • Prior assessment experience is much preferred • Provide in-person services at our Westminster or Denver office locations • Attend weekly group supervision on Tuesdays at 9am MST • Minimum 1 calendar year of service at ARMH • Must provide COVID-19 Vaccination and be able to pass a background check Pay is per service (1 hour of client contact = 1 hour of paid time; 1 hour of supervision = 1 hour of paid time etc). Clinicians can bill for client contact, onboarding, supervision received, didactics, and note writing. Upon hire, a billing guide will be provided. Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
