  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Work directly with the Accounts Payable Manager, performing the following duties:

    • Timely review Accounts Payable invoices and accurately post for payment in ERP (NetSuite) system.
    • Set up and maintain vendor information including W-9s.
    • Assist with check run process.
    • Assist with monthly expense reimbursement process in Certify.
    • Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies.
    • Research and resolve Purchase Order and/or invoice discrepancies.
    • Assist with clerical duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 6 month's experience working in Accounts Payable.
    • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with invoice statements or purchase orders ideal.
    • Demonstrated strong work ethic.
    • Works just as well independently as does under supervision.
    • Effective verbal and written communication.
    • Able to prioritize and reprioritize tasks.
    • Enjoys the repetitive nature of the job.

    Additional Information

    Position open to all US residents legally authorized to work in the US.

    Prioritized consideration will be given to local candidates within the DC/Maryland/Virginia area.

    Full-time position (40-hour work week); 8-hour shift Monday through Friday.

    Flexibility to work from home one day a week after training completion.
