About Aspen Transit: We are a growing FedEx Delivery contractor in the Aurora/Englewood CO area 80112. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable team players to join our team. Part Time positions are available on Thursday, Friday Saturday and or Sunday. We provide training, trucks, uniforms, scanners and state of the art route plotting to allow you to efficiently complete your day. We have a driving school which you may qualify for if your driving experience does not meet the minimum requirements of 1 year. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the loading and delivery of packages to Homes and/or Businesses in a designated area. Work days may vary depending on package volume, with your day starting between 5:30AM - 7:00AM and ending when all deliveries and pickups are completed. Days of operation vary based on FedEx requirements. Fedex has moved to a 7 day delivery model and our current need is Thursday-Sunday. Due to COVID-19 overtime opportunities are always available. Part time positions are available ESPECIALLY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY which can work well with a students school schedule. Qualifications: Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable driving employment in the last 3 years. This can be in any size vehicle - CDL is not required. Examples of acceptable experience are Amazon, food delivery, and Uber/Lyft drivers. Box truck / Stepvan experience is a plus. You must be able to pass a drug test and DOT-Department of Transportation- Medical/Physical Exam. This drug screen includes marijuana. You should have a clean driving record without excessive speeding, reckless driving, NO texting and driving, or DUI You must be at least 21 years of age You must be able to deliver packages up to 150 lbs. We provide dollys/handtrucks. These are not as common but we re responsible for them when they are on the route!
