About the Concierge position
We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our company. You will be stationed at the main entrance desk and will handle customer enquiries. You will have a charismatic character towards our guests.
Concierge responsibilities are:
Greeting customers upon entering
Assisting customers with queries/complaints
Making relevant suggestions
Answering phone calls and making reservations
Helping to arrange transportation for guests
Concierge requirements are:
Experience as a Hotel Concierge
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
Familiar with MS Office softwares
Effective communication skills
High school diploma or BA/BS in Hospitality, Business or a related field is a plus
