ASPEN HR is a leading provider of Payroll, HR and benefits solutions for the world’s leading investment funds, their portfolio companies and entrepreneur-led businesses.
Aspen HR was founded in 2017 in response to demand from our target market for a white-glove HR solution. Since 2017, we have grown at a significant rate despite a limited investment in sales and marketing. Our client retention is 98% which has resulted in most of our new clients coming to Aspen via referral.
We pride ourselves in investing in our team members. We offer a generous employees benefits program highlighted by low deductible major medical plans, above-market employer contribution, free dental insurance, free life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match with immediate vesting and free access to concierge primary care.
AspenHR has a collegial workplace with all roles remote-based. Our three guiding principles that drive us are: 1) White-glove experience; 2) Collective commitment; and 3) Executional excellence. These principles form the fabric that is the foundation for our company culture, service model and growth strategy.
