We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated Asphalt Operations Manager to help lead our team in the field, keep projects running smoothly, and represent our values on every job site.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Running day-to-day field operations for asphalt paving and maintenance jobs.

· Leading and motivating crews to get quality work done safely and efficiently.

· Planning daily schedules, assigning tasks, and making sure jobs stay on track.

· Working with the owner and office staff to coordinate job needs and timelines.

· Keeping an eye on equipment, materials, and safety on every site.

· Communicating with customers and ensuring they’re happy with the finished product.

· Problem-solving on the fly and making smart, efficient decisions in the field.

What We’re Looking For:

· At least 5 years of experience in asphalt paving or sealcoating (supervisory experience is a big plus).

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep crews accountable and focused.

· Good communication skills — with your crew, our team, and customers.

· Solid knowledge of asphalt work, from prep to finish.

· Someone who’s organized, dependable, and not afraid to get their hands dirty.

· Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required).

· Ability to use basic apps or spreadsheets to help track jobs and crews.
