    GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A CERTIFIED SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST!

    Aspire Educational Services (AES) is excited to announce multiple __ opportunities for a certified __ SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST with experience in a K-12 school setting for the 2020-2021 School Year!

    The Covid-19 crisis caused (among many things) a massive backup of overdue and/or incomplete assessments from the spring of 2020. Our academic partners have requested testing services due to our high level of customer service, attention-to-detail, and technical expertise.

    WHY AES? We don’t cut corners. Our clients and staff like that we are a small, boutique-style agency, as opposed to the large corporate-run organizations out there. Our owner/founder, Dr. Jaime Friedman LBS, Psy.D., has earned a strong reputation as an expert school tester among clients, families, partner schools and within the general community.

    These independent contractor assignments are per diem (paid per evaluation/assessment). LOCATION: Greater Philadelphia region.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, complete ER’s/RR’s, and provide recommendations.
    • Provide consultation services on an hourly basis, as needed.
    • Identify needs for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the student.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master’s degree in school psychology from an accredited college or university.
    • Current school psychologist certification from the board of education.
    • Contractor must have own testing materials.
    • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, IEP software, scoring programs)
    • Proof of professional liability insurance.
    • Valid Driver’s License, proof of registration and insurance.
    • CPR certification (when required).
    • Child abuse clearance, FBI and state background checks (Act 24 and Act 168).
    • Additional certifications may be required by the PA accreditation body and/or school.
