  • Responsibilities

    Exciting opportunity exists to become a key member of our new Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) project!  The Data Evaluator Assistant provides evaluation, data entry and administrative support for the project. This position reports to the CCBHC Project Coordinator and will be responsible for entering clinical outcome data regarding individual clients, using the National Outcomes Measurement tool into a federal database, entitled SPARS.  The clinical interviews will be conducted by specialized trained staff and the data assistant will be responsible for assisting to ensure this data is collected and entered on a regular basis and within required deadlines.  In addition, provides administrative support for the CCBHC Project Director and Project Coordinator to develop and implement CCBHC projects, including staff training. Works closely with the Project Coordinator, Evaluation Advisor, and Business Quality Analyst to assist with requests to provide data for qualitative reports.

    Required Skills

    • Strong knowledge of databases, data structures and data visualization
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Basic statistical analysis techniques
    • Tableau or other visualization software
    • High level communication skills including the ability to express findings and recommendations clearly to end users and several levels of management, verbally, visually and in writing

    Required Experience

    • 2-5 years of computer administration and application experience
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
