    The ENROLLMENT SERVICES - ADMISSIONS department invites applications for a CRM ADMINISTRATOR. The position includes but is not limited to; proper application coding and entry; identifying duplicate records and flagging for removal; and support with record merging. Application processing is an integral part of the university’s ability to deliver accurate reports for campus and system-level use as well as to state and federal agencies. This position is responsible for data integrity and entry as well as operational maintenance and troubleshooting of the Admissions databases including, but not limited to the student information system (SIS), BANNER and the customer relationship management system (CRM), Radius.  This position will ensure accuracy of data by checking for discrepancies and updating student information when needed.  This position will run import/export processes for various mass data entry loads; edit large data sets to ensure accuracy on up-loads and bridging information from the CRM to the SIS.  The position is also responsible for synchronizing prospective student information between web application and database.

     

    During peaks seasons this position will also perform administrative work including assisting with mailings and outreach to applied students, application review and file preparation for admission evaluation. The position also requires the ability to work with sensitive issues requiring high levels of confidentiality.

    • Demonstrated skill and ability to operate standard office equipment: printers, copiers, fax machine, multi-line telephone system

     

    Minimum Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field or any combination of experience and education that provides the competencies necessary to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to the position.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Banner
    • Experience with a CRM, preferably Radius
    • Familiar with the University of Montana and the admission process
    • Familiar with Higher Education policies and procedures

     

     

     


    Position Details

     

    POSITION TITLE:                    CRM ADMINISTRATOR (COMPUTER SPECIALIST I)

    WORK SCHEDULE:                 Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 12 months/year.

    SALARY:                                $19.545/HR –Current employee’s rate of pay for this position will be determined by the staff compensation plan and will minimally be this posted salary. For questions and details regarding the staff compensation plan, email the Compensation Department.

    UNION AFFILIATION:               Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE)

    PROBATIONARY PERIOD:        Six months minimum
