Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the Aspire team! Primary duties include answering telephone and operating the front desk. Ideal candidate will have outstanding telephone, sales, communication and computer skills! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for greeting patients upon arrival at the office and coordinating their visit with appropriate staff members in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of practice product lines, services and surgical procedures.
• Assist with clerical duties including faxing, copying, scanning, inventory re-stocking and organization.
• Prepare consent forms and additional patient paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with management, spa, and clinical teams.
• Assist with upkeep and cleanliness of facility.
• Support and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Aspire Plastic Surgery reserves the right to add or change responsibilities at any time.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of two years customer service experience required.
• Must be organized, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive, professional attitude.
• Must be committed to delivering outstanding customer service regardless of circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales experience in related field/industry is preferred.
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SELECT EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS.
