An Aspireship hiring partner is looking to add a Sales Development Representative to their team. This position is located in San Diego.

The hiring company sells an automotive repair shop management software solution that helps auto shops increase average repair order, improve efficiency, increase car count, and customer retention. They are looking for someone who is highly coachable and is always looking to learn and grow into their role.

Typical day-to-day activities in this role will include:

• Prospect to find new opportunities
• Identify, qualify, and set appointments for Account Executives
• Have a deep understanding and research of key accounts
• Help progress opportunities as needed and directed
• Qualify and respond to daily inbound marketing leads

Compensation: $40K base / $60K OTE (uncapped)
