    Job Description

    Aspiring For Success LLC is an e-commerce business specializing in furniture and Home Decor Items. Sales reps will be a part of our marketing team to drive high traffic to our store. We want members who are diligent, confident, believe in the company and have that go-get-it mentality.

     

    We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage influencer prospects. You will be provided with a list of influencers and optimized scripts to outreach influencers. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the influencers to boost top-line revenue growth. YOU WILL BE PAID COMMISSION ONLY(NO HARD CAP) GROSS MARGIN COMMISSION STRUCTURE FOR EACH SALE.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Reach out to influencer leads through optimized scripts
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Attend meetings on time
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
    • Continuously improve through feedback.
    • Close leads confidently

     

    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
    • Possess in-depth product knowledge
    • Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
    • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
    • Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

     

    Skills

    • Proven work experience as a sales representative
    • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
    • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
    • Strong organizational skills
